Tonale 201–281 P35/62.3 – Sofa with Convertible Double Bed and Shelving System

Tonale is an elegant and multifunctional sofa featuring separate seat and back cushions, armrests, legs, and a painted steel tube structure. It combines contemporary design with an innovative space-saving solution, making it ideal for both living spaces and guest rooms.

The sofa is available in widths from 201 cm to 281 cm, including a freestanding version, and is integrated into a multifunctional system with a fold-down double bed and shelving. The system is equipped with the patented CF09 slatted bed base.

Bed dimensions

• Bed base: 166 × 208.4 cm
• Mattress size: 150 × 198 cm

When the bed is opened and the back cushions are removed, the sofa frame automatically tilts backwards and moves underneath the bed, allowing for a quick and effortless transformation from daytime sofa to nighttime sleeping area.

The bed mechanism is equipped with dampened gas springs and a safety system that prevents accidental opening or closing. The entire mechanism is fully integrated into the furniture's side structure using patented technology and a specialised manufacturing process.

The Tonale convertible system is available in:

• Manual version
• Power motorised version

Two construction depths are available:

• 35 cm (P35) – with an upholstered fabric headboard;
• 62.3 cm (P62.3) – with a wooden headboard, cushion compartment and integrated shelving.
